"Facilitating Multi-Stakeholder Dialogues"

11th - 14th March (Module I) and 1st - 4th July, 2008 (Module II), D-Potsdam, Germany

Creating result-oriented and consensus-building communication architectures - A comprehensive skills development program in two modules for project managers, moderators, consultants and partnership brokers.
The integration of different stakeholders in sustainable development processes, company feedback and standard development is becoming more and more important for both the private and the public sector.

Multi-Stakeholder-Dialogues, where stakeholders with very different interests come together, have become key elements for finding solutions for local and global challenges. They are only successful when the different and sometimes contrary positions and interests are brought to join behind a common goal. Thus, a key to the success of such dialogues is the professional facilitation of the communicative process, as the underlying methodology offers effective tools, focussing on solutions and consensus, without avoiding conflict.

CLI's skills development program "Facilitating Multi-Stakeholder Dialogues" introduces you during two modules to the fundamental approach of dialogic facilitation, familiarizes you with all essential instruments of the approach and provides you with the key competences for facilitating multi-stakeholder-dialogues.

The tuition fee for the two module seminar is 2150 € plus 7% VAT. The amount includes tuition fees, food and beverages during the days (coffee break and lunch break) and all supporting material including an extensive seminar field guide. For self-paying participants, non profit-organizations and the participation of teams of at least 3 persons we have a special discount available.
